Application of Sociodrama for Interpersonal Relationship Training for College Students

Abstract
This study examines the efficacy of the application of sociodrama for interpersonal relationship training for college students. Fifty three students from C university at D city participated the sociodrama workshop for 5 hours. From the analysis of the data, positively significant difference was found in satisfaction, communication, openness among the interpersonal relationships. Specifically, there was found the difference among years of college for participants.; juniors scored higher than freshmen or sophomores in theirs attraction, confidence, understanding. The results supports the efficacy of the application of sociodrama for interpersonal relationship training for college students. There were differences in the effectiveness among different years of college.
